This position is contingent upon award. MindPoint Group, LLC has an exciting opportunity to join our team at one of our largest clients. You will join an experienced group that is motivated to provide excellent services in defending federal infrastructure. We are seeking several Executive Assistants to support the Identity, Credentials, and Access Management (ICAM) team.

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf

  • Filtering and prioritizing visits or phone calls

  • Gathering documents to prepare for meetings

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

  • Performing minor accounting duties

  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner

  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department

  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

  • Coordinating travel arrangements

  • Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible) is strongly preferred but will consider exceptional candidates who are Public Trust eligible

  • 4+ years providing administrative support for the executive staff, general office automation, coordination, and administrative skills necessary for handling the routine administrative functions of a government office excluding inherently governmental functions

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
