Job Description
This role is contingent upon award.
What you get to do every day:
Support infrastructure systems on Windows-based platforms
Architect, design, support, and maintain high availability, distributed, multi-clustered server infrastructure and systems
Responsible for server infrastructure analysis, optimization, and capacity planning
Technical writing/creation of formal documentation such as architecture diagrams, technical designs, and SOPs
Qualifications
Applicable US Government Clearance Required
What skills are required?
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience. Bachelor's degree may be substituted for 8 additional years of relevant experience.
Minimum eight (8) years of general work experience and six (6) years of relevant professional experience in the IT field, preferably in an enterprise hosting environment
Experience with engineering and operating and maintaining a 24/7 mission-critical data center infrastructure
Must have a working knowledge of
DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
Microsoft Server 2012-2019
VMWare ESXi
Active Directory
What is ideal?
SQL
Scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)
Cloud Providers such as AWS and Azur
Linux administration
Citrix Workspace and Apps
